DESIDERIUS, an exceptional cuvée, made from a selection of three terroirs of the Causse and the Terrasses, pays tribute to the great Merovingian bishop Didier de Cahors, who made the wine of Cahors shine worldwide from the 7th century. It is also a nod to its creator Didier Pelvillain, who delivers here a divine nectar, resulting from years of observation of his terroirs, his vines and his Malbec grapes.
